• Knowledge of Latin or another Romance language may be helpful

This course module is intended for participants with no previous knowledge. If you have previously studied Spanish—even if only for a short time—and you’re unsure which module you should join, please come along to one of our office hours before you register for a course

• Four hours a week (4SWS)

• Personal introductions
• Daily routines, everyday student life
• Shopping, clothing, groceries
• Irregular and diphthong verbs in present

• perfecto und futuro compuesto, ser/estar/hay
• Negatives, numbers, concordance, possessive determiners

• Additional materials will be offered in Moodle.

• A record of achievement is awarded for regular attendance (75%), a successful text of introduction, and a grade of 65% in the progress test
